"In the Point2™ NLS No Nonsense License Agreement, it is stipulated that Point2 NLS listings that are entered, marked as advertiseable, then advertised via Agent Handshake agreements, are done so with the explicit consent of the Broker for the Point2 NLS listing. This being the case, you are not in violation of any rules and regulations by displaying other brokers' Point2 NLS listings. If you intend to advertise Point2 NLS listings, make sure you have your broker’s permission and the permission of the seller.
There are a couple of areas that require further clarification. The data used in the Point2 NLS system is NOT MLS data and is therefore completely outside the realm of MLS control. The only people with control of this data are the brokers with the listing agreements. Agent Handshake is simply a tool that real estate professionals can employ (with the broker's approval again) with complete control, to safely and effectively get maximum exposure for their clients."
