This week I have started to see the buyers coming back out. Why you might ask? Well prices on homes are down and sellers have been waiting to sell. Or at least get someone to walk in the front door of their home. So right now we are seeing maybe a small window where sellers are dealing and so is the interest rates. Who said winter is a bad time to sell in Wisconsin.
